Our Process Flow
The team at Ellinis Interiors have developed a process over the years to maintain a seamless flow for every project. Below is a basic step by step guide of the system we have put in place to make sure your projects are completed to the highest standard.
01.
Contact us
By email or by phone giving us an overview of the project you are working on. At this stage you do not have to have fabrics selected or detailed measurements, but imagery, floor plans and or concepts are very helpful with an idea of each window treatment you are thinking about. For tricky windows and fixtures, this is the stage where we can discuss what’s best and the most suitable window treatments to have.
02.
Quotation
As an industry professional, we anticipate you would already have taken rough dimensions of the space to be able to come up with a plan and scheme for your project. At this stage we ask you to send these to us so we can provide an estimate so you know a ball park figure to be able to do a budget for your clients.
03.
Site Measure
Once your clients have agreed your scheme and costs, the next step is to book in a site measure with us. Depending on which stage the project is at, whether building phase or almost complete, we will arrange for one of our team to attend site with you to discuss in detail each treatment. If you can’t make the appointment, not to worry, we take detailed measurements of every aspect including images so we can discuss any issues with you separately. We will then update the quotation so you can get final costs and specify all fixtures and finishes at this stage, finalising fabric quantities and suitability of any fabric choices made.
04.
Order
Now you should have everything you need to move forward with placing an order with us. At this stage we require a formal order detailing each window treatment, fabric name and details, fixtures and fittings and proposed install date. It is also helpful for us to have a fabric reference sheet with fabric lead times sent with a swatch of each fabric being used so when they arrive we know we have received the correct item for your piece of mind. Don’t worry we will keep in touch with you along the way to confirm the arrival of fabrics so you can concentrate on other parts of the project. We will go ahead and process the order here at Ellinis Interiors updating all our systems with all the information required so we can keep an eye on every part of the process.
05.
Making
Once we have all the details which may include a check measure closer to the completion of the project, a detailed job sheet for our workroom to carefully craft your chosen window treatment is then created. We then schedule in your work, based on the fabric arrival and delivery date. At this time, we can then give you an installation date. All the fabrics received are checked before cutting and making commences. They are then wrapped and prepared for delivery and stored ready to be collected by our team of fitters.
06.
Installation
This part can be tricky. Some projects especially those that require electric track installations need to be done in phases. But we inform you in advance if this is the case. On the day of install our team will arrive with all window treatments and fixtures. We do not require you to be onsite as we are very confident, but it would be an advantage if you were there to sign off the items when installed. Our installers take images of everything they install before they leave so we can quality check the items. Should you not be onsite we can also send these on to you to view.
07.
Completion
Once the install is complete we encourage feedback! So please feel free to let us know your thoughts and indeed if there are any changes to be made. We aim to rectify anything you flag to us in the quickest time possible, but hopefully there are no issues.
